No we come full circle back to the New Game Dialog. There was a button "Customize" which "lets you adjust some advanced features". What it does is bring up this dialog box which lets you set the parameters of the Random World Generator. You can control how much of any given terrain you want and whether your world has numerous fjords and islands or more like a super continent. This dialog can also be accessed from the World Set Up Dialog.
Choose Army File lets you select a different set of armies. Each of the scenarios comes with another Army File. If there aren't enough armys to fill eight spots, the additional spots will be grayed out.
